Brandon left home early this morning. I took him to his company with Toby about 4:00 AM.

Not that many people were there. Only 4 people left today from his company.

브랜든이 드디어 오늘 아침에 떠났다. 새벽 4시에 토비랑 브랜든 중대까지 데려다주고 왔다. 우리가족의 영웅...

 

 

Etan was sleeping when Brandon was trying to leave so he walked up to his crib and gave him a kiss. 브랜든이 집을 나설때 이튼이 자고 있어서 뽀뽀만 해주고 나왔다.

We had a little sad moment while we were waiting. It didn't seem like Toby knew what's going on.

브랜든 중대앞에서 약간의 슬픈 순간을 보냈다. 토비는 아빠가 떠나는걸 모른다. 그냥 일 갔다 금방 오는줄 알고 있다.

 

We were so sad after this family picture because we knew he has to go...

가족 사진을 찍고 브랜든이 가야 할시간이라는걸 알아서 넘 슬펐다. 왜이렇게 눈물이 안 멈추던지....

You are in our hearts and thoughts. Just remember we are all here for you.

We went to a photo studio for Etan's birth announcement. I wanted to have his sleeping picture. Like some baby's pictures. They look really peaceful and cozy with the studio's fuzzy blankets. I think Etan was a little bit hungry(he is making his mouth pucker) so he was wide awake. It looks comic.

이튼 탄생카드(??)를 위한 사진을 2주때 찍었다. 보통 신생아들은 자는 사진을 많이 찍던데 이튼은 배가 고팠는지 깨서 사진을 찍었다. 입도 오무리고 있는게 배가 고팠어... 잘때 사진들은 평화로와보이고 좋던데 이 사진은 약간 코믹하다.

We took some more family pictures. 찍으면서 가족사진도 몇장 찍었다.

브랜든이 좋아하는 사진. 이튼이 너무 괴로워 보인다. "형아 나좀 내려줘"

 

 

Brandon and Toby and my mom went out to trick or treating. There were a lot of people around. They kept coming and our candy went out so quickly. It was the first time I've seen so many ghost on Halloween. There were not many people around the last couple of Halloweens at all. It's much safer on post that's why so many kids were around.

브랜든과 토비와 엄마와 trick or treat(trick or treat: 사탕받으러 다른집에 찾아가서 하는말. 특이한 복장을 한 어린이들이(보통은 귀신복장을 많이함)  마녀의 장난을 선택할래 아님 나를 대접해줄래(보통 사탕과 초코렛임) 하면 사탕과 초콜렛을 준비하고 준다)  하러 가고 나는 집에서 이튼을 보고 있었다. 나는 집에 찾아오는 어린 귀신 손님들에게 사탕과 초코렛을 나눠주었다. 부대밖에서 살때는 위험해서 사람들 구경하기 힘들었는데 여기는 부대안이라 경찰들도 많았고 안전해서 밖에 엄청 많은 사람들이 있었다.

Toby fell asleep before the trick or treat. So we thought Toby was not getting some candy.

Trick or treat 가기 전에 잠이들어서 사탕 못 받을뻔 했다.
